Braised red cabbage - can I make it today?!

If I make it today, to eat on Xmas Day, can I just leave it in the fridge or do you think I ought to freeze it? I was VERY much hoping not to freeze it.

Make it today. That's what I'm going to do.

It always tastes better for keeping a day or so later anyway.

Just keep it in the fridge, no need to freeze.

Do you add apple to yours btw?

I'm making some, not for Christmas day but for the 29th when my dad comes. how far in advance would you make it?

Yes, I add apple, missmartha. I don't use Nigella's recipe but she says that her similar recipe will keep for up to 3 days. It just sounded a bit long to me but I will go for it hten. Thanks!
