I was given a goose which I plucked yesterday (feeling very virtuous and farmers wife like ) now what. never cooked a goose have no idea what to do with it. Roast? Slow roast? Help!

There is a Heston Blumenthal waitrose ad on Youtube showing how to roast a goose seemed fairly simple and yummy.

Goodmans geese see website - very easy. Never plucked a goose and cant imagine how hard it was as the feathers are different to turkeys.
