butter muslin

Today's Guardian recommends wrapping your turkey in cook's muslin dipped in butter to roast. It keeps it moist and the skin goes crispy.
(I would have thought the skin would stick to the muslin but apparently not.)

Do you think it would work with a baby's muslin? Clean of course...

I would use a baby muslin

It's the same thing

never heard of this, am sorely tempted
