smoked salmon blinis - not exactly a starter at the table but a little something whilst everything else is on its way.

The contents of the selection boxes....or is that breakfast

Doyouthinktheysaurus - I think that selection box is a traditional traditional breakfast food. Don't forget the After Eights for Boxing Day brunch.

Nothing. Dinner and pudding is plenty, can't get the cheese in later otherwise.

DD1 (2) and DH are having prawn cocktail at her request, as they both love it. I on the other hand am allergic to the little blighters and will have seafood sauce on lettuce!

Not planning a starter as the main meal & dessert are so heavy.

We have canapes when we start the booze, just after 12. Some smoked fish based, some cheese and veg based. We eat after 3.

I have totally cheated and bought coquilles st jacques from M&S that just need to go in the oven. But will be cooking the rest from scratch - I promise!
