New member here in need of some festive help.
I really hope someone can help, i'm starting to panic a bit!!
Last year on Jamie Olivers Christmas series he did a turkey with a spicy salt rub. I made it and it was absolutly amazing!! Only thing is I can't remember what is was exactly called (its not the five spice one) or find the recipe anywhere and I want to do it again at the request of the whole family!!
If anyone knows what I'm talking about or even knows the recipe then please let me know!!
