i need inspiaration for some fancier bits to go with the turkey and usual veg etc

How about doin some roasted vegetables, with a bit of balsamic vineger drizzled on them? Some courgette, peppers, butternut squash etc. I also like having some dauphinois (sp?) potatoes as well as roasties and sweet potato just a bit more variation. Also you can find all sorts of recipes for interesting variations on stuffing, I googled last yr and made a gorgeous one with roast chesnut. Xxx
