I've been asked to do the cakes for the Yr11 prom next year. Costings have to be in in January, so I need to plan.

Head of Yr11 wants cup cakes. I want cup cakes tbh, as it's during term time and I can't dedicate enough time to one of my creations!

We have about 150 kids going, but she only wants cakes for impact, but I'm thinking around 100.

How much should I charge? Frankly, a tray of cup cakes, take half an hour to cook, plus maybe half an hour to ice, so I'm really not sure what I should suggest for price.

What d'you think?

You can cook and ice 100 cupcakes in an hour Shock

LOL! No, I can't! I was thinking of a couple of trays of 12. So, it'll take a couple of hours, but still not exactly taxing stuff is it!
