Does Malibu go off?

I only ever drink it at Christmas, got a bottle in the cupboard that was certainly opened last Xmas and maybe even the year before... No expiry date on it that I can see.

Is it still OK to drink or should I get a fresh bottle?

I think it's ok.. though it usually never lasts that long when I'm around

My friends drank some Malibu at a party and loved it. Next day they worked out it was 3 years old. No ill effects! They then tried some fresh Malibu though and thought it was grim
