I'm trying Nigella's ham in coke and for a simple recipe its ca using loads of grief 
I had to dash out to buy a pan big enough and now I'm running late so can I take it off the hob )its been boiling for about an hour and I have to leave in 30 mins) and put it back on later.
And can I keep it till tomorrow before glazing and baking? How do I store it? In the coke? or just wrapped in tinfoil in the fridge?
