last year's Sainsbury's Magazine from Christmas?
There was a recipe for chocolate nougat cups that I really wanted to make but I think the magazine got recycled in the mega clear out we had a few weeks ago.
Hope someone may be able to help.

D'oh, found the magazine lurking upstairs.
Here's the recipe:

Makes about 20
Prep 15 mins plus chilling
Cook 5 mins

75g nougat, cut into small nibs
100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), broken into small pieces
100ml double cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
silver and chocolate balls to decorate
icing sugar, for dusting (optional)
You will also need
about 20 mini cake cases arranged on a small tray

  1. Divide the nougat between the cake cases. Put the chocolate in a bowl. Bring the cream to the boil in a small nonstick saucepan and pour it over the chocolate. Leave for a minute or two, then give it a stir. Repeat until the chocolate has completely melted and you have a thick, creamy mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  1. Fill the cake cases with the chocolate mixture. Scatter over a few silver and chocolate balls to decorate. Loosely cover with clingfilm and chill for a few hours until set. Dust with icing sugar before serving, if you like.

If this doesn't work please don't blame me, blame Sainsbury's Magazine!
