Dark Rum

I need some inspiration for using a bottle of dark rum.I'm thinking along the lines of cocktails or some sort of punch for NYE.Anyone with any bright ideas?

Rum punch (1 of sour 2 of sweet 3 of strong and 4 of weak) - 1 measure of lemon juice, 2 measures of granulated/caster sugar, 3 measures of rum and 4 of water (you can substitute 2 measures of water with fruit juice of choice if you want a fruity rum punch).

Make it in advance as it improves with age!
