Quick freezer question

I want to make a couple of quiches for boxing day, can I make them today and put them in the freezer and just warm them up on boxing day or will i poison all our guests?

You can make and freeze, but I'd defrost overnight in the fridge then heat them..

Thanks, don't know why but I always think I'm going to end up poisoning my guests (PIL) when they come, maybe its just wishful thinking

Defrost then fully heat not just warm is the general advice with frozen food.
