Thanks for the prompt reply. Not really I just wasn't sure whether cooked potatoes would go a bit funny if you froze them and I know nothing about pearl barley! I'm rubbish at bulk cooking for freezing but seem to have managed to create a monster of a casserole so hoping it'll be a good freezing option!
