Bestest best best beef stroganoff recipe

Got loads of left over beef to use up. Last stroganoff I attempted wasnt v good!

What sort of beef do you have? It's not worth making a stroganoff with anything other than fillet.

Just breastfeeding but will post recipe when not on iPhone!

that's interesting. But fillet is sooo expensive!

perhaps a beef curry would be better.
