Mashed potato

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if I can freeze mash? I want to make it this week for Christmas. I am going to prep and freeze my roasties so I was hoping to get the mash out of the way. If I can, should I leave the milk & butter until I reheat on the day?

mash freezes really well, even all included.

Oh brilliant, thank you! Should have asked - what is the best way to reheat it? Microwave?

I would do microwave, put it in the fridge the night before to defrost.
