If I want to freeze with out cooking I line the tray with cling film /parchment and just use the liner again and again but tbh I am lazy have loads of freezer space so just leave then in the tray usually

would slightly warming the tin work? When the oil freezes its no longer greasy. Warming the tin may just get the oil warm enough to remove the tarts without defrosting them.

ah canyou - does the cling film stick to the bottom of the tarts to the point where you can't peel it all off easily?

No it is fine but it is cheap Aldi cling film
