Freezing my muffins....

But seriously can i freeze christmas muffins, i dont normally do baking, and if i do do i just defrost to eat and are they ok like that?

yes, you can. In fact if you're not going to eat them the same day, you should def freeze them, as they go stale quite quickly.

I quite often take a frozen one out for DS1's lunchbox - it's thawed by lunchtime. Otherwise, about 40-50 secs in the microwave will do the job.
