can i freeze these?

mini roasted mediteranian veg with feta tarts
mini blue cheese and cranberry tarts
and mini smoked salmon quices?
was thinking of making ahead for x-mas day
also can i freeze pate?

most things are ok but veg can do soggy. If in pastry with a creamy sauce filling then ok.

In my experience most thing are freezable but can ruin the texture.

you can freeze them before they're cooked.
otherwise the pastry goes soggy.

and yes, you can freeze pate, but be careful not to leave it out once it's defrosted as it's not cooked and might have listeria.

can i cook them strait from frozen? or will have to wait for them to defrst?

you cook them straight from frozen.

do it on a high temp, like gas 6 or 7 (180-200)

arh disiaster have frozen them i the tins now they wont come out will i just have to cook then freeze them?

you should be able to cook them in their tins, if the tins are metal.

they will slide out when they're cooked.

can you post a picture? just to make sure i'm giving you the right advice...
