Leftover doughnuts

Not sure how this has happened but I have four stale jam doughnuts. Seems a waste to just throw them away, so can anybody think of a nice pudding I could use them in?

I have used stale doughnuts to make a sort of bread pudding before, with a 'custard' and then baked. You can use chocolate in it too. Very, very bad for you, but so yummy it's worth it.

20 seconds in the microwave and scoff while still warm. Almost as good as fresh. Watch out for the hot jam though.
