Mince pies excellent, muffins good, but I find it hard to get papers to fit where I live, quiches look nice, but didn't go down that well with toddler as too much pastry to filling (if that makes sense).

jam tarts, mince pies, quices.

I use petit four case to make 'pixie' cakes (as per dd1) .

These are naughty but nice

White Chocolate Rolo Mini Tarts

Ingredients
1 packet of shortcrust pastry
2 Packets of Rolo?s
24 White Chocolate Buttons

Method

  1. Divide the pastry into 24 balls in the deluxe mini muffin pan and shape into tarts using the Mini Tart Shaper ? remembering to flour in between shells. (keep the balls smaller so tarts are not too thick!)

  2. Place a Rolo into each case and bake 15-20mins 180oC

  3. Remove from oven and place a White Chocolate Button on top of each tart
