Mmmm Just made cardamom flavoured microwave tablet

I just made a cardamom flavoured version of microwave tablet (fudge). It is yummy.

Tastes really expensive but uses evaporated milk instead of condensed so actually quite cheap to make. I plan to give it to DD's preschool teacher for Christmas.

I have posted the recipe under cakes and sweets if anyone is interested.

Click on recipes (Yes! there are parts of mumsnet other than talk!) on the top bar, under the advertising banner.
Then choose cakes and sweets or search for microwave tablet.

oops just realised it is under cakes and desserts.

I will try and get it moved to biscuits and sweets where it should be.
