Frozen cheddar....????

I found two unopened blocks of cheddar in my deep freeze. I didn't put them there, I assume PIL's did, as they sometimes use some freezer space.

Can you freeze cheese??? Will it be good for anything??

Thanks. Smile

yes - will be fine but just a bit more crumbly than when it went in. v good for cheese sauce etc

Super, we make cheese sauce regularly, so it will get used up for that then! I think PIL's have forgotten it is there, so it may be "liberated" for our use/taken as a charge for the hire of our freezer space!

Thanks.
