Am just about to make my cauliflower cheese for tonight, to go with sausages and jacket.
I noticed I have a small pack of diced pancetta lardons left over from something else last week. No prospect of them going into any of my other meals this week - will they bit a bit much on top of already super lardy cheese sauce?? Figured if i could get them really crispy they might be ok, but not done it before.
Thoughts please!
