recipe for stollen 'bites' / slices?

Hoping one of you domestic goddesses can help me! I have a recipe for stollen which works fine if you want to make a large cake (mmm, Xmas Smileat the thought of it!), but I'd love to make some smaller stollen 'bites' / slices for a couple of family events over Christmas and possibly as edible gifts. I know they can be bought in supermarkets, but something home made would be nice. Do any of you have a recipe? Or can I just use the recipe for the large loaf but cook it in small pieces for a shorter time? I can just hear DHs advice to stop messing around in the kitchen when it would be quicker and less messy to 'buy it at the blinkin shop', but I do like the idea of doing it myself. Any ideas?

Yummmm. Looks good, although I'll need to work out where to get a set of dariole moulds. Still, presumably a good excuse to recoup the investment by making these time and time again Xmas Grin
Thank you very much!

Could you try making the normal stollen dough and then shaping individual stollen in a muffin tin? I would think it would work, would just need less time in the oven.
