Guiness glazed ham for Xmas.. think it was a This Morning Recipe

I have followed this recipe for the past two years for a Christmas ham on Boxing day, but I never wrote it down; I just used to find it on the Net each year.
This year I can't find it. Does anyone have a copy please that they could note down for me?

Baked Ulster Ham
Serves 8
1.75Kg(4lb)cornerof gammon,soaked overnight
2 whole cloves 4 black peppercorns
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Topping:
25g.(1oz)butter 50g.(2oz) brown sugar
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of Bushmills whiskey
150ml.(1/4 pint) Guinness
Preparation time:20 mins ,plus soaking overnight
Cooking time: 2 hours Oven:375F Gas Mk 5

  1. Strain the soaked gammon and scrape the outer skin, then put in a large saucepan and barely cover with water,adding the cloves,peppercorns and sugar
  2. Bring to the boil,remove any scum,then reduce to a simmer.Cover and cook for 90 mins
  3. Remove the gammon,cool slightly but do not let it get cold,and peel off the skin
4.To make the topping,mix the butter,brown sugar,cinnamon and whiskey together well Score the top of the gammon fat with a diamond pattern and press the topping onto it firmly
  1. Lift on to and ovenproof dish and pour the Guinness or stout around
  2. Bake in the oven for about 30 mins or until the top is crisp and golden
Serve hot or cold
