9 inch cake recipe please?

Does anyone please have a victoria sponge recipe for a 9 inch tin? Well 2 tins actually as I'm going to put jam in the middle before I ice it.

Everything I have is for 8 inch tins, and the only ones I can find online look a bit odd, i.e no baking powder and loads of eggs....

I think 5 eggs is what I use for my 9in tins. I mean for 2 tins.

So 5 eggs ,10 oz SR flour, 10 oz marge, 10 oz sugar, 2.5 tsp baking powder.
I still bake it for the same 30 mins as the 8 in one at 180C.

I always put cream in as well as jam!

5 eggs will do you for the 9 inch tins. I use large eggs and weigh the eggs first (in the shell!), then use exactly the same weight as the 5 eggs for each of the marge, SR flour and sugar. I don't use baking powder. Never failed yet.
