Would you use this chorizo?

From M&S and expired 30/11/2010. Been kept in fridge...

Would you or rather not?

I kind of thought it is cured but unsure.

Should be fine if it's normal chorizo rather the chorizo "style" sausages you get. (I mean the ones that are normal sausages but with chorizo type spicing and aren't cured.)

It'll be fine.

Cheers. Just checked packaging and defo says 'Spanish Chorizo, dry cured with paprika' so should be ok.
