Am meeting DP off the train at 12, he has been in London for a few days. I want to make him a nice lunch and thought a warming jacket would be perfect but have just realised I always seem to burn jacket potatoes or they end up being hard in the middle.
So how do you cook your jacket potatoes to make them yummy yum yum?
Also any good (gluten free) filling ideas would be great.
