Brie + Cranberry Filo Parcels?

I was planning to make Brie and Cranberry Filo Parcels today. Only all the recipes call for cranberry sauce, and I have dried cranberry. Should this be ok?

heat the dried cranberries in a small pot with some sugar and a bit of oj or port and that will be a simple sauce. Dried cranberries may be a bit chewy on their own.
