My flapjack is very hit and miss but yes, make some. I may even make some tomorrow. :)

(need to do easy cooking with dd2 who is 3, neither of us have the patience to wait for things to cool down and then be iced/decorated etc) Rock cakes and flapjacks are both firm favourites in this house.

how do you make it more chewy?

No, don't. You'll just eat them all and feel sick

I think that more chewy = slightly longer cooking time?
