They looked nice so I bought them. Now what do I do with them?

Cook them in the fry pan on high heat for a couple of mins each side, to seal the meat. Then put in mod oven until cooked. V nice served w French mustard or redcurrant sauce. Assume you seasoned/ herbed before cooking. This is one of DH's fave dishes.
