anyone made these? I did them this morning from the I Can Cook book and they were very nice but TINY.
I'm not sure whether:
- I should have whisked the egg whites more - she just says 'until they're bubbly'
- Katy uses teeny tiny muffin cases so her muffins aren't actually big, they just look it.
I used normal fairy cake size cases.
