Want to cook pot roast beef, what meat do I use?

Can I do it in slow cooker?

I've done it with beef brisket - I just put it on a layer of carrot/swede/onion/potato with some stock at 8.30am in the morning and left it to it.

The meat was devine it - you couldn't carve it, it was soooo tender it just crumbled. Scrummy
