Any foodies about?

Decided to do a "foody hamper" as a xmas gift for the hardest man in the world to buy for...AKA my dad

But have no idea what to put in it!

I come up with the basic plan and you lot can build it from there (actually my cab driver came up with the idea but hey ho )

Budget is 60ish
Brother already has nice whisky for hi
will do gadget or food
live in london so everything is available

Planet organic does the pomegranate vinegar. Carluccios sell lovely grocery items and have extra Christmas goodies so if there is a branch near you would recommend looking there. Expensive treats like olive tapenade and very good biscuits for cheese - and some lovely cheese too of course - and chocolate that's very high in cocoa solids, Hotel du Chocolat or Montezuma perhaps?
