Pancake batter, help, am in grip of craving....

I have no scales, so will play by ear, but what are the ingrediants?

I want pancakes!!!!!

4 tblspoons Self raising flour
1 Eggs
enough Milk to make a batter
2 tblspoons Sugar

Double everything for a huge batch!
Can I have some?

We've got into a bad habit of making American Pancakes a la Jamie Oliver on Sundays -
4 0z plain flour
5 fl oz milk
3 eggs - separated
1 heaped teaspoonful baking powder
pinch salt

WHisk the egg whites until stiff.
Mix other ingredients together and fold in egg whites.

This makes large, fluffy pancakes which are brilliant with maple syrup.
