Apple Jack Brandy?

I am doing my bosses Thanksgiving shopping and this is on the list.

Any idea what it is or where I can get it or what I can substitute?
Also, if anyone knows where I can get corn syrup too. Waitrose do it but I am not doing an order for 1 thing.
