I'm obsessed with the stuff. At the moment I'm buying the slabs of stuff from Sainsburys and trying to get them perfect. 
It comes in pieces about 8 inches by 8 inches.
But I went to the market today and they only sold slices. About 8 inches by 1 inch.
What do you do with those? How do you get a good crackling on them cos they'll fall over in the roasting tin, surely?
