What can I make with mini marshmallows?

Dcs' school is having a bake sale tomorrow in aid of Children in need. I have made welsh cakes and cookies, and have a big packet of mini marshmallows in the house, along with all the usual- eggs, flour, butter etc. I don't want to go out shopping again, and have no biscuits to make rocky road.

Any ideas?

They are really nice in crispy cakes, if you have chocolate and rice crispies to hand?

Do you have any nuts, or biscuits? You could melt the choc, add the nuts, broken biscuits and marshmallows and let it set and you've got Rocky Road...kinda....

Marshmallow and chocolate chip cookies?

Why don't you make a soft chocolate biscuit. Use mallows to give that soft texture into it. Kids will surely love the idea.
