Fish with cous cous

Yes or no? I normally do it with rice but we have none. The kids like cous cous.

There's nothing poisonous in it, can't do any harm. It is not as weird as some other combinations I have heard of such as Pineapple Juice and Coke mixed (Muddy Puddle), Sausages and Marmalade, Stewed Apricots and chocolate Sauce. I would think Fish and Cous Cous is OK.

DCs just had that for tea. Lovely with some courgettes in too.

We often have this. I've done it with salmon, mackerel and white fish. Nice with peppers and sultanas in the couscous before you add the water or stock. Stir in some lemon juice when you "fluff" it as well; goes really nicely with the fish.

I did it as they needed to eat before I had any answers .

Boys ate it. DD is clearly on her I am not going to eat anything if my brother has looked at it regime.

Fish cous cous is very popular in Mediterranean countries, especially the islands like Sicily.

It's lovely done well.

Bit like anything else really.
