Cauliflower Cheese

Would cauliflower cheese be ok with crisy bacon bits and tomato in it.

HI - I MAKE CAULIFLOWER CHEESE AS A MAIN MEAL, I SIMMER CAULIFLOWER UNTIL SOFTISH - PUT LARGE OVENWARE DISH IN OVEN WITH CUT UP BACON, CHOPPED ONION, SLICED MUSHROOMS & BIT OF OIL - WHEN ALL SOFT ADD CAULIFLOWER & POOR CHEESE SAUCE OVER, GRATE CHEESE ON TOP & FINISH OFF WITH SLICED TOMATOES - PUT BACK IN OVEN UNTI BROWNED & BUBBBLING - DELICIOUS WITH WEDGES OT JUST CRUSTY BREAD

Yes, lovely with crispy bits of bacon in the cheese sauce, and then half tomatoes or slices on top before putting in the oven.
