Christmas dessert, what do you have ??

Besides Sherry Triffle and Plum Pudding with brandy butter, what else do you have ? I'm looking for news ideas this year.

last year chocolate profiteroles (thread on here by Overmydeadbody IIRC)

year before we had individual lemon cheesecakes

otherwise fruit salad maybe?

needs to be something that can keep for a few days as I don't do cooking after Christmas Day for as long as possible! cook for 12 for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and then we all eat leftovers after that

In the evening, we have very thinly sliced pineapple marinated in orange juice and passionfruit pulp. I am going to make some pineapple sorbet to go alongside this year.

You can make the shell up to five days in advance and keep in a dry place.

I have made many but my favourite would be raspberry (frozen are fine). Passionfruit and pomegranate also yummy.
