chicken pie recipe please

has anyone got a good one please. i have lots of chicken left over from a roast so one where i can just heat the chicken through. thanx

Make pastry - (have just done that bit - ruff puff, now in fridge)

Chop a leek, saute.

Chop up cold meat, put in pie dish, along with any bits of sausage, bacon, stuffing.

Add dollops of leftover cold gravy.

Add sauteed leeks.

Top with pastry, cook in hot oven. The meat etc is already cooked, will get warmed through while the pastry cooks.

Never done a link before, but had to post that one (if it works!) as this is the chicken pie recipe that I swear by!! Totally LUSH!

i always do nigellas from how to eat

mix half a stock cube in a tbsp butter
add tbsp butter
and milk to make a sauce

stir is chicken and frozen peas until warm

place in pie (or put mash on top) YUM

i made chicken pie using Jamie Olivers recipe from his new 30 min book last week.

now it took me longer than the stated 30 mins but it was chuffing tasty.
