Toffee vodka? Foolproof recipe please!!!

Having spent a winter as a chalet host in France I can reveal that the recipe for perfect Toffee Vodka is 3 parts vodka to 1 part toffee-flavoured cordial like this one. Can't find the french brand that we used to use, but something like this would do the trick nicely...
