Oxtail stew or the Greek beef dish, stifado?

Chicken, chorizo, passata and chick peas, garlic, paprika and chilli. Parsley to finish.

I have no idea whose recipe this was. I got it from here and kids hoover it up. It is absolutely gorgeous.

Love my slow cooker. Life saver when I'm working late.

All sorts of currys. Chilli con carne (but brown the mince first). All sorts of stews/soups - just chuck it all in.

Oooh, and coq au vin,

I shoved a whole chicken in mine last Monday morning. It cooked a treat and was perfect.

Anyone have any tried and test veggie slow cooker recipes?

Thanks

Justdid a whole chicken today: chicken with bit of staock/white wine/tin of cream of mushroom soup with chopeed onions&carrots. YUUUM!

Chilli con carne
Spag bol/ragu
ditto chicken & chorizo dish and add sweet potatoes too if you want

Veggie recipes: probably mainly soups I think. Not really a veggie household Blush
