Want to make some for DH and I but don't know what you serve it with - mash and vegetables or just crusty bread?

Boiled potatoes or baguette.

Either mash, boiled charlotte potatoes or mini-roasties

And sometimes peas or fine beans as well

BEAUTlFUL · 12/11/2010 17:56

French bread, fine beans, and fine wine. :)

Roast potatoes AND crusty bread. Mmmmm.

ethelina · 16/11/2010 10:30

Rice and green veg. And good red wine.

Hassled · 16/11/2010 10:31

Mashed potatoes. Sometimes garlic mashed potatoes - lob a couple of peeled cloves in with the potatoes and boil along with them, then mash the cooked cloves in.

Hassled · 16/11/2010 10:31

I want beef bourguignon now. Sadly I already have mince defrosting on a radiator.

taffetacat · 16/11/2010 11:03

Mince defrosting on a radiator? I had to read that twice. Isn't that going to kick off a bit?

Hassled · 16/11/2010 11:27

Nah. It'll be fine - I'll whisk it away in time :o.
