I am starting to run out of options for creating new sandwich ideas for my DD's lunchbox at school and would quite like to send her with some pasta. I have sent her with tuna pasta (penne, tuna, mayo and a bit of sweetcorn - served with cucumber on the side) which she enjoyed.
I tried making pasta with a tomato sauce last night but within a couple of hours of being in the fridge in its tupperware bowl, it had went all dry and stuck togther (so DD is off to school today with a sanwich! Bless her, she asked if she could have the pasta for her breakfast!!). Any ideas on good pasta receipes that can be enjoyed cold but won't go all dry and stuck together overnight?
