Will this freeze well?

Just made chickpeas with tomatoes, potatoes and coriander. Loads left over. Will it freeze well do you think?

Yes, should be fine - I freeze things like that lots.

Assume you mean fresh coriander (rather than the spice) - it might not be v green and perky when defrosted but the rest will be fine - you could put some fresh stuff in before serving.

Potatoes might be mushy, I hate defrosted potatoes.
