mine is:
20ish digestive biscuits
3 rounded tablespoons butter
tin carnation condensed milk,boiled for about 2 hours.
5 bananas
half pint double cream
whiz up biscuits in the processor(or crush in a freezer bag with rolling pin) melt butter and mix with biccys. press mixture into a tin and leave to harden in the fridge.
when thats done take it out the fridge, slice the bananas into the tin, pour over the tin of carnation toffee,mmmmm, whip up the cream and spoon it over the tom.
