Really quick pudding/dessert ideas please?

I'm running out of pudding ideas. I have 3 hungry boys to feed after football today and I want to do something quick and warming.

Chuck golden syrup in the bottom of a 2pt pyrex bowl. Add 2 egg sponge mixture, poss with some raisins. Cook at mk 4. Serve with custard.

Stewed or baked fruits and cream or custard,
Baked chocolate bananas, only take 20 mins
rice pudding from a tin with fruit/chocolate chips/nuts

easy peanut butter cookies i add cocoa, and less sugar to make them chocolately and less sweet

tb's idea, but add a tblsp milk to mixture and 4/5 mins in a microwave.

Slice a swiss roll and put on the bottom of a pyrex type dish. Then pour over lots of custard. V good either hot or cold.
