How to keep cut herbs

Hi all,

I usually buy the little pots of live herbs from the supermarket which grow nicely on my kitchen windowsill but today have bought some cut herbs (just the stalks in a bag iykwim), thyme and rosemary.

I need some of the rosemary for a recipe but not all, and only bought the thyme as it was 2 for £1, do you know if there's anyway to store them for future use? Freezing or drying?

TIA

Freeze them, either as it is, or in little ice cubes.

I freeze in labelled bags [that is the most important bit]

Great thank you, I knew you could freeze some herbs but didn't know if you could freeze them all, is there any you can't freeze?

Canyou - I definately need labels!!!
